Cannot play DRM protected contents

I've read this and this guide, tried to make it possible to play DRM contents.
I've updated Lilu and WhatEverGreen to the latest version, and the system is macOS 10.14.6 with Supplemental Update.
However, it doesn't work.
I'm currently using Dell U2518DR, which supports HDCP 2.2 with HDMI.
Attached with config.plist and kexts folder in EFI/CLOVER/

Same here, only way I know it works is with a dedicateGPU and iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS in my case. Good luck.
