Cannot install High Sierra on Dell Inspiron 5567 (HD 620 + Radeon R7 M445)

Hi!
I've been trying to install macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 for a couple of days now. As you can see in the photo shown below, the installation shows "Attempting system restart... MACH Reboot" and halts in that state.
I tried everything from changing settings in BIOS accordingly to the installation tutorial to booting into safe mode. It stalls at that error message.

Hopefully someone can help me with this problem

your config.plist would be a good start
