Here's my config:

Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H mobo (with F8 bios)

Trying to just use the built-in Ethernet (Atheros port)

When I run Multibeast to install the driver (including the System Utils > Repair Permissions), I am getting this error:

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AtherosL1cEthernet.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

Everything else, including video (built-in graphics HD4000) & ALC898 sound are all working. Just need to get this network glitch figured out.

Thanks in advance for any assistance on how to fix this error.

Nevermind. No further help needed. I deleted the original kext at /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AtherosL1cEthernet.kext, rebooted (to make sure no errors), then re-installed with MultiBeast and Wahlah! We're up and running with network on this mobo! Make sure to Repair Permissions while at it. Thanks for reading!
