Cannot download MacOS Mojave from Store

At the very beginning, it was fine. But download got interrupted by whatever reason and downloaded size went deducted by around 2gb. After that, after fully downloaded, it just doesn't work. I uninstalled and redownloaded, but every time I redownload I get the 17-something mb file and it doesn't do anything. I don't know what happened now I can't do anything.

Is there anything I have to check, like download cache etc?

• Run the 19MB stub installer (/Applications/Install macOS High Sierra).
• Choose the install disk and click ‘install’ (it won’t actually install yet!).

The issue is I can't do this. It says "click continue" but clicking continue doesn't do anything. I can't get to the install part. It's just stuck there with a grey out button forever.

NVM it's just slow. It's just the server issue I reckon because my internet is not that bad. The app crawls slowly in activity monitor. I get to install after about an hour of wait.

Is it possible to download the whole file from Appstore like old time? Why is this time different like this?
