Description pretty much says it. I currently have one TB EX3 working on my High Sierra 10.13.4 Hackintosh with an Asus x99 Deluxe Mobo. I need more than 1 TB3 port though. I wil go with a hub (if i can find one) if I need to but I am wondering if I can just buy a second (or third) Asus EX3 card and put it into the empty NB PCI slots I am not using? Would a second thunderbolt location identifier appear in my bios? Would it work at all?

Each TB3 card requires a separate (unique) TB3 header on the motherboard. So, given what's in the marketplace, I am inclined to say no, one card per motherboard. A dock will only give you one pass through port. The good news is TB3 will daisy chain TB3 devices if the device has a pass through port.
