Hello everyone!

So I have the issue that most people have with not being able to long into the app store. I keep getting this error message: "Your device or computer could not be verified"

So I researched and followed all the steps I could find. I deleted the network.plist, I restarted, I deleted the configs in my network settings, restarted, etc. I even followed this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niU8tsQ_S8o

The only results I notice is now when I reboot my computer, upon the start screen I now have a shiny apple logo instead of a gray one.

I am trying to prepare to update to Mavericks from 10.7.4, but I can't download it from the mac store if I cannot log in.

My hack is a duel boot desktop. One HD is for windows and the other is for mac. Yes it has a ethernet port. My motherboard is a Intel BOXDH67BLB3 LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need working Ethernet at 'en0' to access the MAS.

And as for your board, see here for a guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...-dh67gd-core-i7-2600k-hd3000-ml-10-8-2-a.html

Thanks for the reply! Though...I'm not great when it comes to coding and such. In my network interfaces this is what it says for 'en0'

<string>en0</string>
<key>IOBuiltin</key>
<true/>

As for the guide you sent me (I know this will be a bit OT), I couldn't figure out how to do the custom DSDT when I built this 2 years ago. I just followed the default guide. Everything works fine, minus the fact it won't shut down all the way. Otherwise, will this motherboard work with Mavericks?

No coding required. You can use MaciASL to create a DSDT. There is a step-by-step guide, written originally for ML, but the same concepts apply to Mavericks.

Post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

The DSDT fixes the shutdown and fixes sleep (assuming you implement native power management as per the guide). This motherboard is rock solid on Lion -> Mavericks.

Note: I have the DH67GD, but the DH67BL is very similar and all the same applies. Also note... I'm using HD3000, not a separate graphics card.

I have Lion, not Mountain Lion. I'll save this for when I get Mavericks, I greatly appreciate it!

Downloaded. See attached.

It's good to know! I will follow your guide when I get Mavericks! I cannot remember exactly what I did when I installed everything. Is there a way to check?

I am using a GeForce GTX 580 1536 MB for my card. This is so I can play games on my Window's Hard Drive.

Same process for Lion.

Downloaded. See attached.

You do not have Ethernet drivers installed (your 'en0' is WiFi). Install hnak's AppleIntelE1000e.kext from Multibeast. This is covered in my guide.

I installed the kext and the ethernet appears in my network settings, but still cannot connect.

Attached a new IORegistry

It must be at 'en0' and be built-in. Make sure EthernetBuiltIn=Yes in org.chameleon.Boot.plist.

Go into SysPrefs->Network and remove all interfaces, Apply, then remove /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist. Reboot, then add all your network interfaces back, starting with Ethernet.

Sorry for the MASSIVELY late reply. Things in my life got a little nuts after I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed...

Anyway, I finally attempted this and it worked! I really appreciate it! Now I will be getting ready for OS Yosemite!
