Can not get out of energy saving ?

Whit High Sierra 10.13.2
Can not exit the energy saver.
I have a black screen, the sound works in the background.

Do you have an idea ?
With Sierra everything works perfectly.

What do you mean by "Can not exit the energy saver"?

when I press the keyboard to wake the screen impossible, the screen remains black.

I think that has nothing to do with the impossibility of the energy saving output, since it is to adjust the keys of the keyboard for lightness.

With Sierra I have the same directory EFI and when I press a key on the keyboard I can go out of energy saving works

You are wrong.

Your ioreg shows brightness control not implemented.
Brightness control has nothing to do with brightness keys.
And 10.13 adds additional requirements for EDID via display override.
