It'll work fine. You can dual boot OS X and Windows just fine. Create 2 partitions 1 for OS X and the other for Windows.
Thanks. I was planning on using the whole HD for OSX and SSD for Win 10. OSX for casual stuff and Win 10 for hardcore gaming. Will my graphics card function well or do I need custom kexts? Also will I need any bootflags?

No you shouldn't need any Boot flags can't tell you until youve tried. The GTX 660 is native. Follow this guide 10.11 Installation
