Can you delete the letters you don't need ? Does it delete twice too ? Try another keyboard ?

All keys do it including backspace and i dont have another usb keybord atm

Try an older PS/2 type keyboard if you have one.

If your graphics are passable boot into macOS Snow Leopard and set the key repeat rate to something slower and see if that changes anything. It's under System Prefs -> keyboard.

Keyboard works just fine in oses juat does that in bios and bootloader
