I've stop following what happens, and I need an upgrade before upgrading to a newer macOS version

My hackintosh is still with El Capitan (10.11.6), and I wonder if I can upgrade to the newest macOS version ?

My setup is
MB GA-Z87X-UD7 TH
CPU 3,49 GHz Intel Core i7
GPU GeForce GTX 770
