Can i run hackintosh, and if so how?

Processor and video card are fine... no idea about the motherboard.

Note that you need to install the Nvidia drivers ( http://www.tonymacx86.com/257-nvidia-releases-mountain-lion-10-8-2-graphics-drivers.html ) in order for the GTX650 to work fully in Mountain Lion. You may even need to install OSX using the CPU graphics first (without the graphics card), then install the Nvidia drivers, and finally shut down the computer and install the graphics card.
