can i install mac os on my pc?

I think so. I would suggest adding more RAM to your system if possible, however. At least 8GB will be better especially since you are going to share some of the RAM for use by the CPU graphics.

i am upgrading it soon to 8/16 gb of ram and ssd and gtx 1050
what i am kinda worried about is mother board i didn't see any one using it in hackintosh
