can i boot sierra and windows 10 in same HDD?

If you re-format the HDD. From the looks of it Win10 is installed Legacy mode and you have no EFI partition - this can be overcome, but chances are the hard drive is formatted MBR/NTFS and you need GUID/NTFS to be able to format it for OS X.

You will have better luck with advice if you post your problems in the Laptop forum since you have a laptop.
