can anyone help me for driver installation?

I boot my laptop from usb, I was successed in that, now I cant get a solution to install sound, graphic, ethernet dirvers..

I do try with clover and multibeast but still have a same issue.

I have lenovo g570 laptop which have i5 processoer and 4 gb ram.

please guys help to solve this.
