Can Anyone Confirm Clover Download Site Has Apparently Moved

Yes. I was using 5096, too, but just saw there's a slight update to 5097 so am now booting from that one. I also changed FakeSMC and plug-ins to their version 3.5.3 r241 as well as the HWMonitorSMC2 app without any ill-effects.

After installing FakeSMC 3.5.3 my system won't go to sleep anymore. after a few seconds the screen lights up again.
But I'm confused because my old FakeSMC is version 6.26-357-gceb835ea.1800 (Show info when you select in Finder)
I think that "old" FakeSMC was installed when I used Clover_v2.5k_r5050.pkg to make a fresh EFI boot folder.
Very confusing....
