Camera has lines, FaceTime after sleep

Hey guys, wondering if my computers messed up or what.

Occaisionally, when skyping, I get vertical lines, almost like a kaleidoscope, until I turn camera off and back on.

Anyone seen that?

Also, after I sleep, and wake back up, my FaceTime corrupts like crazy. Anyone else seen this?

Well i use my camera with FaceTime to check if glitches appear, but never seen it freak out, i don't use skype in fact i rarely use video chat's at all. Do you have a beloved Windows to check if it isn't cameras fault ?
