Dear Hackintosh Community
I have already built several Hackintoshes, but this one really took me a lot of patience until I got it finally running. However, I'm still wonder because of the following:

Setup:
MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128703

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369

Starting Postinstallation with Multibeast 6.5 it crashed all the time.
Until I started to to copy org.chameleon.Boot.plist and smbios.plist from the UNIBeast 4.0 Stick to the local hard drive.

I then went through the differences and recognised the following:
- Multibeast activates P-States and C-States within the org.chameleon.Boot.plist file.
- when I removed this two parameters out of the file, my system finally was able to boot

Now I'm wondering why it is not working anymore (learned a bit from researching around, that this parameters are relevant for Processor Powerconsumption switching - however, not sure).
My first processor on this motherboard was:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116902&cm_re=Intel_Core_i7_4770S-_-19-116-902-_-Product

.. and it never had any issues with P- and C-States (was activated).

For what are this parameters really good and what are the consequences of not having these running? My System crashed sometimes. However, Since I have activated kernel_mach and use Kernel Cache it feels to be more stable.

I feel my pc is running a lot more quiet under Windows as under Hackintosh - Therefore, I'm suspecting this has something in relation to not running P- and C- States since my older processor worked greatly silent under Windows- as well as under Mavericks 10.5.9 and before.

Thanks to any advice & support
Highly appreciated!
Thiago
