Buying advice for a recording HomeStudio Hackintosh runing OSX and Windows 10 for gaming experience.

Hello there, i'm going to build my first Hackintosh.

My needs are a lots of processing power to manage the bounce, and the permanent export of audio files. And to handle the tons of plug in I may use.
And I love gaming, so i'll need some power for GPU.

My curent buy list is :

• uad-Core Intel Core i7-6700K (4.0 GHz)
• MSI Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON
• 16 Go DDR4 2400 MHz
• graphic NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 Go ( I may not use it on OS X if not possible, i'll use it just for windows then, but i have a 3400 x 1440 curved monitor so i need juice for games )
• SSD 120 Go Serial ATA 6Gb/s
• Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 SATA 6Gb/s 2 To
• Contrôleur réseau Gigabit LAN
• case : Zalman Z11 Plus HF1
• Alimentation modulaire 650W LDLC QS-650+ Quality Select 80PLUS Gold

Support for GTX 1060/1070/108 in OS X isn't here yet ..most probably after Sierra is officially released. But I am curious about 2 things why only 120GB SSD ? BTW you should have a dedicated HD or SSD for each OS. Why only 16GB of RAM ? Those 'tons of plugins' need power but without ram .... makes you bounce even more.

Bouncing is a necessary evil but it is still evil ....

I doubt the 1060 is fast enough for 1440p ultrawide if you plan to play current triple-A games.
