Buy HD 6870 or wait for HD 7850

I have a GTS 450 and looking to upgrade, Should I buy the AMD HD 6870 or wait for the HD 7850, I have been eyeing this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150561 card which can be had for $160/$140 AR on a good weekend. I have read the reviews for the HD 7850 and I don't see a big improvement except 5-10 FPS here and there and I was planning on buying the 1gb version which would offer performance on par with the 6870 since the reviews are for the 2gb version. I play PC games but am not an avid Gamer but I do enjoy a card that offers plug and play functionality with my Hackintosh.

We dont even know if the 7850 will have drivers in OSX, let alone when they're going to put it in if so.

You'll be waiting a good six months if you decide to wait.

Get the 6870. They go on sale pretty regularly on newegg. Check a local store too, they sometimes have better prices when you take the zero shipping into account.
