built me hackintosh

ok so i followed the guide to a T, and i got the installioin error at the end, and click restart then i replace the snow leopard with iboot disc, then i clock on my partition snow leopard then i get the grey screenw ith apple sign then i get nothing but a black screen? i waited for about 10 mins and nothin, whats wrong?

Are you using a purchased retail version of Snow Leopard?

Yea I'm using a burned copy of my retail disc, it shouldn't make a difference from what I was told by so many ppl

Just making sure.

When people use downloaded copies or distros all kind of problems can appear. So besides them being illegal they can cause problems.

Yea it's a rip from retail, but i used boot nvidia, instead of boot supported, shoul I re do the process while using iboot supported? Should that fix the problem? I hope so, what do u think the problem could be?

What CPU?
