But it is not the same data as you have in your config.plist.
I am getting this error, I can't boot into hackintosh, I also refresh hackintosh, but it still stuck at this screen.

I update my hackintosh to 10.12.5, I read https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/macos-10-12-5-update.220866/#post-1504116 , I install Lilu.kext, IntelGraphicsFixup.kext before I install 10.12.5. I was able to boot up the first time, but I got stuck when booting now. Can you please help me?

It looks like your system volume is corrupt.
Try repairing it in Disk Utility from the macOS installer.
Maybe you were using software to access your HFS partitions from Windows?

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
