Planning to built this machine. Does anybody have hardware tips or remarks?

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean 10 Gigabit Ethernet card ?

Sometimes BT works. If the wifi is Intel based it doesn't work. You'd have to replace the existing card with one that is macOS compatible. Use search and you'll find some options. Many people buy a Broadcom WIFI/BT card to replace the existing one or they simply disable the exisiting one and use the new one via a PCIe adapter.
