hey.
here are all items I ordered but I'm not sure if all these 100% same as in Amazon, I couldn't order from Amazon because they don't delivery to Aus/Brisbane. could anybody experienced check if these items fit to make a Hackintosh machine?

Those are the same, so the you don't need to worry about hardware compatibility.

But the Z370 and the K CPU will be useless in terms of OC though. Since your cooler is not enough and the case is tiny also.
You didn't seem to care about advices tho.

I couldn't find CPU i7 8700 without K here in Aus and specially unlocked. that's why I had to order with K.
I ordered two fans, is it not enough? what do you think I can do? cuz I don't have a lot of space.

The important one for OC is the CPU cooler (NH-L9I). While I really like this one and personally use it, it may (probably) not efficient enough for OC.
I also have a very similar case (Realan W80), so I understand there's not much you can do.

Just build the thing once you have all the parts. I actually think the hardware is more than enough for 90% of the users.
For any upgrade, first thing you will do is find another case. Then next depends on what you need.

I find it hard to believe that a CPU as common as the i7-8700 is not available in all of OZ.
You may still be able to use the K version, just don't over clock it or push it too hard. It's plenty fast and
powerful enough to use without overclocking it. One advantage of the AL case is that it acts as a heatsink.
The extra fans are still a good idea to have. They will add more noise to your system.

I agree with what ppl are saying. Do not push your CPU hard. The Noctua CPU cooler you have is very good. Ive used it before. Just not sure if it can handle the i7K. The recommended max for the Noctua is 65W TDP, the i7k I believe is 95W TDP. If you want to add a GPU you will need another case that can support a GPU and probably another Power Supply. It will depend on your needs. If you really are going to need a GPU you will have to upgrade the case. I too like SFF cases. I purchased this one:

I have a GPU in this case. I put a Quadro P600 in it. I had to customize the case by drilling holes on top but it has worked out for me. Here is another case made by Realan that looks interesting and is not big at all:

On WiFi and Bluetooth the Motherboard on board card is incompatible. You will have to either switch the card out or get plug in adapters for it.
