Building first Hackintosh. Need advice of parts

Hello Guys,

i want to build my first hackintosh and need a little advice. i followed the buyers guide but still not sure if this components i want to choose will run Mac Os Mojave with all features (Audio, Network, Bluetooth, Appstore etc.)

Here is my actual list.

I am from Germany and need to order the parts here. Budget for Hackintosh with 27" IPS 2k Monitor is 1000€
I am a Graphicdesigner and Photoshop and Illustrator need to run perfectly smoothly.

Btw maybe want to add an 8GB Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Pulse Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (Retail) later if the grahictpower is not enough

in another thread i understood now that bluetooth isnt supported from any boards. so i need a card or dongle that supports bluetooth. any ideas what would fit in this build?
