Building cheap Intel 4th gen Hackintosh

I will probably buy some bundle (motherboard, cpu, ram) and i'm thinking about i5 6th gen. Budget is arround 400$.

What about nVidia GTX 710? I read somewhere that those cards should work out of the box.
I would buy if for start, later i would buy better graphics card if i would need it.

If you don't mind used or refurbished, you can find some great deals on eBay. With a budget of $400, you can easily find i7-6700 systems.
Examples:

The last one even comes with 8GB of RAM. With the change left over from staying under $400, you can pick up a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card with adaptor.

Or, if you prefer Kaby Lake over Skylake, you can go for something like:

These two include 12GB of RAM. With RAM prices being what they are, that's very important.

If you are on a tight budget, you can use the IGPU to start. The GT 710 is a pretty old card and it was bottom of the line even when new. I doubt you would see much benefit from using it over the IGPU. Also, with the current state of affairs with Nvidia not having drivers available for macOS Mojave, I'd wouldn't touch an Nvidia card with a ten foot pole.

Thank you for that list it really helps. I will have to find other links since i'm from Europe and shipping prices for a PC from USA is 100$+.

So all of those PCs have actually compatible motherboards?

Generally speaking, yes. I don't think I've seen any posts where Skylake or Kaby Lake systems did not eventually successfully have macOS installed.

If you intend to use IGPU instead of a discrete video card, Kaby Lake might be a better choice. Skylake had sleep issues when using IGPU only and, as far as I know, no fix or workaround currently exists.

You might want to look for an HP business desktop instead of the Consumer line of Pavilion desktops. The business line has "800 G3" in the title. The 800 G3 line has the Q270 chipset (closer in features to the Z270 chipset) and a much more extensive range of BIOS/UEFI options. The Pavilions, at least some older models I've seen, leave out a lot of important options that are helpful when running macOS as the primary OS. You will have to pay more for Kaby Lake models now as they are newer. It usually takes until the time they are off lease to get them under 400 USD. One other benefit of the HP pro line: You get a much higher quality and more efficient PSU that is quieter. The ones in the Pavilion line only have a 1 yr. warranty and fail more often.
