Building a new DIT/Editing workstation (mobile) looking for recomendations

This will be my 5th Hack, but I'm looking for those who've built a reliable on set DIT/data management and Video editing workstation.
RAW, R3D, ARRIRAW footage coming in. Editing proxy offline, finishing 4K/8K.
Resolve and RedCineX are a must.
Thunderbolt capability would be nice!
Also size would be nice, a mATX or so to keep it portable.

What problems have you run into? What specs are you using?
