Does any hackintosh's work with external ODD? I don't see any on this guide.

I'm trying to decide between two Mobos for my HTPC build, but can't find much hackintosh info on them. Does anyone know how well either of these run Mavericks:

[h=1]ASUS H87I-PLUS[/h]or
[h=1]ASRock H87M-ITX[/h]

Has anyone attempted a build with the Gigabyte GA-B85N LGA 1150 motherboard currently listed on Newegg's website? I'm excited to try out the M-SATA SSDs, and this board supports it as well as a Mini PCI WiFi card.

Would like to know this also. board is small and full of options, so anyone yet?

Anyway, love the Z68XP-UD3P even though it didn't have the onboard Intel NIC I liked in the Z77 boards. May have to try an actual Intel card.

+1 on that. I have had a Z68XP-UD3P build since Lion, today updated all the way to 10.9.1 and it's worked very well. I did have problems with VMWare Fusion and the onboard NIC though; they went away with an Intel NIC.

Will I be able to build a system with the Intel Core i7-4770K and fit it into the Apex MI-008 case? I am concerned about the power supply, will the 250W supply be sufficient for the i7?

A better choice would be the CoolerMaster Elite 130. You can then use a 500W or more PSU and also
have room for a dual slot gfx card. Cooling is also much better in the CoolerMaster case.

Hello there!
just a brief question:
You are listing the "GA-H87-D3H"as a compatible mainboard. Will the "GA-H87-HD3" work as well?
Thanks in advance.

Will work the same. Just has fewer features. Looks like the only extras with the D3H are a
TPM header and a water cooling fan header that the HD3 doesn't have. Check the GA
website for all the details.
