No its not essential, as long as the CPU supports either HD3000 or HD4000 graphics, that can be used instead.

Note all the CPU's listed in the buyers guide support the needed graphics.

Im considering building a Mac, but i want to have Bluetooth. I don't want a USB add-on i really want on internal card or it be built in the motherboard. Could i find a motherboard that has WIFI and Bluetooth capability, or an internal card?

anyone else have weaker then normal but active BT on their

GA-Z77N-WIFI ? I have keyboard and two other inputs setup fine, 0 additional PCI card. Wifi doesn't work. 10.8.2​

how's about GeForce GTX650 TI to replace GTX 650 ?

I built a CustoMac Pro with an LGA 2011 board last month and have an MSI 650ti and it works perfectly. I got for less than $110 - it's probably the best bang for the buck right now.
