Hello everyone,

I have been researching a ton and I wanted to just confirm with everyone if all of the parts I want for my hack will work properly and if I should consider changing any of the components to different ones for better performance, better bang for buck, or easier setup. I'm trying to make a beast hack mini. I will be using this hackintosh to use Final Cut Pro X, Photoshop CS4, Pro Tools 10, and gaming on windows. Thanks.

Processor: Intel 3930k
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Gene (I have an external audio interface)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon Vapor-X HD 7970 GHZ 6GB (confirmed in amd thread)
PSU: Silverstone ST75F-G Evolution
RAM: G.Skill DDR3 2133MHz Ares Low Profile Quad Channel Kit
HD: WD VelociRaptor 500GB 1000RPM
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB (should I set up fusion drive or not?)
CD Drive: Silverstone SOD02B Slim Optical Drive
WiFi: TP-Link TL-WDN4800
Bluetooth: Belkin F8T016 (needs to work out of box with bios for apple bluetooth keyboard)
Firewire (for audio gear): StarTech.com PEX1394B3
Case: Silverstone SG09

Do you think that a 680 would serve me better than the 7970 for doing gaming and video editing at 2560x1440? Will the RAM work at 2133MHz in OS X Mountain Lion?

Thank for your help!
