Broadcom BCM4360 on Asus X99 Deluxe Not Working on 10.11

Hello Guys,
Today I'm completed the installation of OSX 10.11, everything work perfectly (thanks to the guides on the forum) but i have a strange problem with the Wi-Fi + BT Card
For what i read on the forum this chip have to work out of the box.. and it's working but not completely!

the version of the wireless card is [h=1]BCM94360CS2[/h]And out of the box is working, without kext and nothing, but for example i can't see the 5Ghz Network, and Plus the bluetooth is not working. Plus to that the connection is really unstable...

What i have to do to make this card work correctly??

This card works fine on 10.11.x in x79 and x99 mobos (i have it tried in both)

Check that your internal USB headers are working (i assume you have connected the Bluetooth USB cable)
This was my issue on the x99 (Asus R5E)

Check in your 'System Profiler'
