According to your lspci output, you have no NVMe drive installed.
Have you verified your hardware is functional?
maybe Ubuntu 16.04 can't also identify my NVMe SSD?(Using LiveUSB to export)

It should show in 'lspci' regardless of driver support.

Seems like you're going to need to do some investigation as to why it doesn't show in Linux or OS X...
Without it active on the PCIe bus, there is no hope.
Perhaps it is a BIOS issue.
The what confuses me is that Clover shows every partition I have on the SSD...

It is using BIOS/UEFI services.
Hey.I just found the solution.
With Boot option set to 'UEFI Only' in BIOS,The SATA Mode was force to set to RAID Mode.
With 'Legacy Support',it turns out to be AHCI Mode.
Just remember to active AHCI Boot on Windows before changing it to avoid boot failure.
Remember to install AHCI NVMe Driver(The driver Windows built-in has really terrible performance at writing.Just download the driver from SAMSUNG's official SSD site.)
After changing,I've found my SSD in NVMe.
Thank you so much for your helping.
May I ask the problem else here?Or should I post a new thread?

Interesting... I assume it shows in lspci now...

That's very strange that the SATA controller mode would have anything to do with NVMe. The NVMe device is separate from the SATA controller.

But I guess it is possible your BIOS does something strange (eg. disabling the NVMe controller/slot) when RAID is set. The SATA model should have been set AHCI all along, as that is what OS X requires.

Could you explain exactly what you did ? I have an IdeaPad 710s with the exact issue and exact SSD model. I did switch to legacy mode but it changed nothing. On Ubuntu or hackintosh Install my ssd is not detected.
Moreover I can't find on Samsung website the driver for our ssd. Could you point at me ? :)
