hi,

Lion running on my Samsung SE11.

in step 4 of this guide

I have tried various bootflags - but the PC always starts new.

Sounds like you have run into the problem I had when upgrading to Mountain Lion which took me a few months to figure out. The following BIOS settings need to be set:

1) AHCI Mode Control set to Manual and Native AHCI Mode set to Enabled - you probably already have this set.
2) EDB (Execute Disable Bit) set to Enabled - this is the key to stopping the constant reboots.

Hope this helps. Do watch out when initially getting the install to work as with just the USB booting the BIOS can get reset.
