BOOTCAMP HELP NEEDED FOR Mac Pro LATE 2012

I have tried booting into bootcamp but my Mac Pro late 2012 does not boot into bootcamp on Mojave.

I cannot access start up via option key and I cannot access via paragon and start up disk.

it says in the start up disk the bless tool was unable to set the boot drive.

in paragon it says The operation couldn’t be completed. (Mach error 5 - (os/kern) failure)

How I am suppose to sort this mess out please tell me if you can help or not
