Boot1: error on Optiplex 780

I followed this guide http://forum.osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/3079-guide-osx-mavericks-109-dell-optiplex-780-760/) and after creating the USB and changing the BIOS settings, I boot from the USB and get this error. I tried googleing the problem, but all the issues seem to be happening after people have already installed Mavericks on the hard drive.

How can I fix this issue so I can boot from the USB and install Mavericks on this desktop

I tried a different hard drive and got it working, but now it is saying "OS X can not be installed on this computer" Is this because I have the USB set to boot with MBR and not GUID? Or should I try a different SMBios?

Have you uprgrade the BIOS to A15?
Where do you change the USB boot with MBR or GUID? I didn't see that on my Dell Optiplex 780 SFF.
