Hi everyone, I just wanted to post a fix for the GPT boot error I was getting after upgrading my Hard Drive to a 1 TB Seagate Barricuda ST1000DM003-9YN162. I bought this drive for the 6 Gb/s feature. But, I ran into the GPT error when I tried to install Chimera, the same thing happened with a WD Green drive as well. But, after much searching around, I finally found this page: http://www.mymac4music.com/2011/10/boot0-error/
Fixed the problem totally! I had found the procedure posted on this site, but it defiantly wasn't posted for someone without a huge knowledge of terminal commands!! Anyways, I hope this will help anyone who gets one of these new Hard Drives, and all of a sudden can't boot from it!

I also had this same issue. I resolved it using
http://tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?t=42881&p=283088

The one you posted said that the drive had to be less than 1TB, but I used that fix on a Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

I have since switched to a SSD for my boot drive, but that did work for me.
