Works for me, but plays out of the wrong output device. I can only get it to play out of my headphone port. Is there anyway to change the output device to Line Out?

im going to try it i know ile be off topic but is there any one who can help me with tow minor things one beeing i cant log in to i missage i folowed the guides installed the kext but i now get my apple id cant be used to set up i missage n 2nd i cant restart my hole pc resets let me know

If its a KEXT that is used to do this - Sounds about right that the chime should occur around about the same time as login window loads.
Remember, The chime signals a successful POST(before any KEXTs from an OS have loaded).

Does not work for me either. I found two console log entries:

My question is how will it work if the audio drivers have not yet been installed?

On a hunch I checked the permissions set for Carillon. They were set with read/write only for System. I set Wheel to read/write, as well. Now it works.
