Hi all,
I get one of those Mac Pro (early 2009) flashed 5.1, 2 x 2.26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 16 Go 1066 MHz DDR3, Nvidia GeForce GT120, 640 Go.
I just install a Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan X 12 Go (Maxwell) graphic card Founders Edition in the PCIe slot 1.
The Mac Pro run macOS High Sierra and the web drivers Nvidia and CUDA are both up to date.
For the moment, when I boot the machine with an Apple Cinema HD Display 30" monitor plugged on the Titan X, The Apple logo and the progress bar appear after a 35 sec black screen.
Is that possible to flash the graphic card ROM to get the Boot Screen or a way to keep my original Nvidia GT120 and add it to PCIe slot 2 to have the Boot Screen.
Also, in the future, if I want a build with 2 Nvidia GTX Titan X 12 Go (Maxwell) SLI, do I need a PSU more, or 2 SATA connectors are enough to supply the second card?
Thanks again for your time.
