Boot loop after first restart

Hi,

trying to get HS working on my PC. I tried all guides on installing and nothing seems to help.
Installation boots fine, everything seems ok. Installers say 2 minutes left, then pc restarts.
I select USB select HS installation my disk. Apple appears and restart.... Image in attachment.

Mojave installs just fine. But no 1060 support.

Anything that might be useful for problem diagnosis (kernel panic) has scrolled off the top of the screen.
You should make a video and extract the relevant frame(s) to post here.

its fast. only error I see is root image auth failed err 22

writing from high Sierra. used different usb drive... very strange.
