I'm trying to setup a new Hackintosh system using a custom built PC (i7 7000k, 32GB, Palit GTX 960) and I'm eventually greeted with this screen and it just sticks there.

I'm using; dart=0, nv_disable=1, -f, -v as boot args.

Any help is much appreciated :)

Help Yes, only if you can post your Motherboard make and Model , the foundation of your custom built Computer :)
Another gentle reminder to comply with the Forum rules: all the major hardware like MoBo+CPU+Graphics should be included in "Personal Details" accessible through the "human" icon you can locate toward the right end of the Top Menu bar of this page.
There are very knowledgeable Moderators here , who can help you with almost all Hackintosh problems . Please provide some information about the Clover Version in your USB installer as well as the Sierra Version you are trying to install.

Uploading a Compressed CLOVER folder from the installer is another way to help you.

To get hold of the normally Hidden CLOVER located inside Hidden EFI Folder which is inside the hidden EFI partition of the USB installer, you need to mount the EFI partition of the USB disk on the System it was created using Clover Configurator Vibrant
from http://mackie100projects.altervista.org/download-mac.php?version=vibrant

Once CCV is launched and you click on "Mount EFI" from its Left border of that screen, you can find your EFI of EFI of "yourUSB name" in the bottom half of that screen and a "Mount Partition" button to its Right end.
Click that "Mount Partition" button to get the white colored EFI Partition on the Desktop for you to click to EFI Folder and CLOVER to Right click and Compress to upload to this Forum.

Your image shows an active Serial port (SuperIO) which should be disabled in your BIOS settings.
I went into the BIOS settings and turned the serial port off.

I tried to reboot back into the OS and this is where I got stuck, very similar to last time.

I have been able to get to the install screen now, having faked my CPUID using the Clover configurator as I'm running a 7700k CPU. I am able to get to the install stage but none of my drives show up for me to format them for MacOS, only my USB which I am using to install shows up.

I have done some Googling and found that I need to change my drive settings to AHCI, however there is no option for this in my BIOS. I found out that my MoBo only supports ACHI, I assume as it is a new model (link). I'm stuck now :banghead:
