Boot from USB Works... Boot from HDD Doesn't Work...

I'm experiencing issues when I try to boot directly off the HDD where it will get to FakeSMC and lock up. Literally the last line says "FakeSMC" and that's it. I have no problems booting from the USB. I'm using a GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard with a 2600K. Here is what I installed via Multibeast:

UPDATE: I was able to find my DSDT I had used 7 years ago for this computer and it allowed me to get past the FakeSMC text but now it seems to get stuck here: (not sure why its rotated horizontally when its a vertical picture natively)
