I removed redundant stuff from the extensions folder (Library/Extensions), and after that I can't boot. It seems to boot, but it takes forever. I shut down after 40 minutes, but it never panics or anything. I can still boot with my thumb drive, but even after copying all kexts from that to my main EFI volume, to see if I had incompatible kexts in my main EFI, it still refuses to boot. Only by reinstalling the kexts back to the Extensions folder, was I able to boot normally from that EFI partition. It works just fine, but I don't feel in control.

I can't understand what's going on. Why can the thumb drive's EFI boot normally without the kexts installed? I will attach a screen of the kexts I removed, plus the config.plist. Any input appreciated! I'm stuck.
