there is plenty of space next to the card.
New Macbook BT module is 1cm x 1cm big, the old BT is disabled. pin 36 and 38 covered with tape.
You can even attache the original BT antenna

There is a lot of room to the area for the WLAN Pci-e card.

About the internal BT I will cut (scratch) the lines on the board.

I think I am going to search where BT Chip gets power and cut it, in order to reduce consumption.
I do not know if by disabling it at BIOS will do the job.

you don't have to cut the line just tape the pins on the card as I described. You may research witch of the 3.3V 2, 24, 52 powers the BT or joint power with WiFi.
I did it and it works 100%, the BT on the WiFi card cant be disabled in BIOS. Just tape the pins.

No, I will not cover those pins because I want to solder the cables for the USB BT on them.
