I created a hackintosh and everything seems to be working well except Bluetooth. The IOGear bluetooth dongle is being detected and the it can pair with my headphones and mouse but sound preference doesn't seem to show the headphones and the mouse isn't being detected as soon as I unplug it. This started happening after upgrading to 10.15.5

About my system:
Gigabyte Aorus I Z390 Pro Wifi
i7 9700k
IOGEAR Bluetooth 4.0 USB Micro Adapter, GBU521
RX 580

Any help is much appreciated.

I also have a GBU521 and 10.15.5 that acts strange. It will sometimes pair with mice and keyboards then mysteriously stop working and cannot re-connect. I have a USB Wifi adaptor working with no issues whatsoever and of course cabled USB is not a problem. I tested the adaptor on Windows and it works perfectly. I can't say its 10.15.5 since I never build an earlier version.

I've read the GBU521 needs to be on a USB 2.0 port and not 3 which is the cause. All of my ports report 3.0 so I need to research how to configure one to be 2.0 only.

I have a custom DSDT, going to try to disable the USB 3.0 port that the dongle is plugged into.

I'm new, can you assist with the steps? I am on opencore with USBInject.all
