Bluetooth Not Available on Mac after Booting in Windows

Hi

I have a build with Mobo H97N Wi-Fi which comes with intel Wi-Fi+BT wireless(intel dual band wireless-AC 7260)
BT works (lucky) and no Wi-Fi as most results show
I also have High Sierra and Windows 10 dual boot on individual disks
Issue:
The problem is after I log in Windows then back to Mac, my BT becomes "Not Available"

What I've found:
I found post-installation again with multibeast then restart can fix it(annoying...)
Maybe rebuild cache and permission did the trick?

Does Windows change something when I run it?
Or are there methods to prevent this happen?

Try shutting down BT in the Win10 Device manager before rebooting to Mac OS.
