Bluetooth Issues El Capitan... HELP PLEASE

Completed my first Hackintosh recently with the Fenvi 919 Bluetooth/Wifi card.
Wifi is perfect, but bluetooth... not so much.

Under System information it says discoverable: Off, but under bluetooth preferences it says Now discoverable as....
I tried a few things and before I deleted original bluetooth.plist file, handoff WAS working... Now nothing, and bluetooth won't discover devices within inches of the card...

What can I do?

Under System information it says discoverable: Off

That's because you didn't enable Bluetooth Sharing (System Preferences -> Sharing -> Bluetooth Sharing).
