Bluetooth is on but can't search / pair device

Hello.
Im having this problem which bluetooth is ok/on but can't search or see a device.why is that happened ?
I'm using PCI-e WLan combo with Bluetooth .
FYI Airport is working fine using this card yet bluetooth is however detect by system but cant search/see/discover other bluetooth device.

Use the “Begimners guide to USB”. To format a ISBPorts kext. Follow the guide Bluetooth issues are most often related to improper USB configuration. It needs to be set from USB 2.0 or 3.0 to Internal.

done that sir and my bluetooth still cant see/discover other bluetooth device. here i attached my usb config from hackintool..is it because of kexts ?
