Bluetooth input devices after wake not fully functional

I did a successful OC Monterey install. Only issue that bothers me is that sometimes the bluetooth keyboard and trackpad don't seem to behave on wakeup. The trackpad loses its settings (sensitivity, three finger drag, etc), and keyboard's mac-related keys don't work (volume, brightness, etc.).
Sometimes it goes back to normal on its own.
Sometimes connecting them with a cable and then disconnecting them gets them to behave.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Did you test other bluetooth devices? Like AirDrop or headphones after wake?
Did you try stopping and starting bluetooth?

Try running this from terminal after wake:
sudo pkill bluetoothd

@Yomiro I imagine that my bluetooth headphones will connect without issues, not sure about airdrop though... I will have to try it next the issue reappears, as it doesn't fail all the time.

Restarting bluetooth (with the sudo command) fixes both keyboard and trackpad. What does that mean for troubleshooting, should I update some kexts or something, what do you think? (My bluetooth card was supported out of the box. It's a BCM943602)

There were a lot changes done to the bluetooth stack in Monterey. My module worked natively as well without kext or config changes before Monterey. We just have to wait for developers to find a fix.
As of now, none of the kext have worked for me. But I found a workaround, follow link below.
