I have FINALLY built a successful Hackintosh (thank god!!!):

Z390 I Aorus Pro Wifi (rev. 1.0)
Intel Core i9 9700
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

The motherboard supposedly has onboard bluetooth and (obviously, considering the name) WiFi, but they are not showing up in the OS. Under bluetooth settings, the option to "turn off" bluetooth is greyed out, but the computer is not detecting any bluetooth devices despite several of them being on and detectable. The same with WiFi, except under network settings, there is only Ethernet listed in the sidebar.

Any way to fix it so the onboard WiFi and bluetooth works, or is the best option simply to buy dongles for both (would that even work)?

Is that a kind of PCI card? Does it slot into the Motherboard?

It's a mini m.2 card that slots into the motherboard under the heat shield by the IO ports in the back. Not a hard swap once you do it once. You can tackle it for sure.
Warning: that card works in MacOS but NOT in Win 10 1903.

Will these cards work?
