Blank Screen After Nvidia Web Drivers

Problem
I was able to install OS X El Capitan, but it displays a much lower resolution than my monitor. So, I installed the nvidia web drivers for El Capitan 10.11.6. After installing the web drivers I can't see use my computer. Booting up works just fine, clover works, but after the system is finished booting, my monitor loses connection to the hackintosh. This did not happen before I was using the web drivers, but without them the screen resolution much lower and I couldn't change it. I've connected my monitor via HDMI. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

MOBO: ASUS H170-PRO
RAM: Corsair LPX 2x4GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Black 1TB
Monitor: ASUS PB258Q (1440p)

Changing your SMBIOS to iMac14,2 should be the simplest solution. Otherwise, use one of the proposed patches.

Use Clover Configurator to mount your EFI partition, open the config.plist and go to the SMBIOS tab. Then use the magic wand to create a new one and save.
