Black Screen | No Ethernet - MSI Z490-A PRO

Hello!

I've been struggling and trying the last 4-5 days to get my setup to run properly.

Issue I have:
- iGPU works without framebuffer patch but then has no HW acceleration. Enabling the framebuffer results in a black screen during boot (no signal)
- ethernet controller isn't detected properly though LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext is loaded

I basically followed this whole guide: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/config.plist/comet-lake.html

Also I've followed the WhateverGreen FAQ / Readme (https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen/blob/master/Manual/FAQ.IntelHD.en.md) and tried different frame buffers.
The iGPU device ID (viewed in windows 10) is 9BC5.

I only run one display which is connected to the Display Port of the mainboard. There is also a nVidia GTX1070 but in the BIOS I set up "boot IGP first". There I also set up the Memory to 64MB as stated in the guides.

Did I miss something in all the guides?

EDIT:
Ok... 2-3 days for nothing. Display is working with acceleration. What was it? The damn Display Port cable which does work with my MacBook but not with my PC. OK... now only the ethernet needs fixing.

I dont use onboard graphics, but for the ethernet issue, assuming you are using the lucy kext, the kext doenst work on its own. You have to go to network / advanced/ hardware, and change it to "custom" and choose "1000tbase" or whatever the 1000 option is, and save.
